This privacy policy applies to Calvo app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by freeweb (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

Purpose of Data Collection:

The Application collects information for the following purposes:

• Authentication via Google Sign-In to access your Google Calendar and Gmail
• Calendar event data retrieval to create work logs and invoices
• Application improvement and bug fixes
• Ad delivery and monetization
• Usage analysis to understand how users interact with the app

Types of Information Collected:

The Application collects the following types of information:

1. User-Provided Information:

• Google account information (name, email address) for authentication
• Client information (name, contact details, billing information)
• Invoice details (invoice number, due date, line items, amounts)
• Rate information (hourly rates, daily rates per client)
• Payment terms and conditions

2. Automatically Collected Information:

• Google Calendar events (event titles, dates, times, descriptions) for work log extraction
• Device information (device model, operating system version)

Location Information:

The Application does not collect precise GPS location information from your mobile device.

Data Storage:

All user-provided data including client information, invoice details, and application settings is stored locally on your device. No personal invoice or client data is transmitted to our servers.

Important Notice:

This application uses Google Analytics 4 and AdMob for ad delivery and usage analysis. Your device's advertising identifier and usage data are automatically collected through these services. By using this application, you consent to the collection and use of your information by Google Analytics and AdMob as described in their privacy policies.

Disclosure to Third Parties:

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
• with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to rules set forth in this privacy statement

Data Retention and Management

Retention Period:

• Local Data: User data stored on your device will be retained for as long as you use the Application and until you uninstall the app or manually delete the data.
• Google Data: Calendar and Gmail data accessed through Google APIs is stored and managed according to Google's data retention policies. The Application does not store this data on our servers.
• Analytics Data: Analytics and advertising data is retained according to Google's retention policies for Google Analytics and AdMob (typically 14-26 months for detailed data, longer for aggregated data).

Data Management:

• All personal invoice, client, and billing information is stored locally on your device only.
• Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using AsyncStorage.
• You can export your invoice data as PDF files from within the application.
• You can delete all app data by uninstalling the application from your device.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

1. Access: You can access all your data at any time through the Application.

2. Deletion: You can delete your data by:

• Deleting individual clients or invoices within the app
• Clearing all app data from your device settings
• Uninstalling the application
• Revoking app access in your Google Account settings (for Calendar and Gmail)

3. Google Account Management: You can manage and revoke the Application's access to your Google Calendar and Gmail by visiting your Google Account security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Ad Personalization: You can opt-out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's advertising settings or visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance or YourAdChoices websites.

5. Data Deletion Requests: If you would like us to delete any data that we may have processed, please contact us at eerf0309+calvo@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Security measures include:

• Secure storage of authentication tokens on your device
• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all communications with Google APIs
• Regular security updates and patches
• Use of official Google APIs with built-in security protections

However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at eerf0309+calvo@gmail.com so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Significant changes will be:

• Posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date"
• Notified through the application when feasible

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.

By granting permissions to access your Google Calendar and Gmail, you consent to:

• The retrieval and processing of your calendar event data
• The creation of email drafts with invoice attachments
• The transmission of usage data to Google Analytics for analysis
• The collection of advertising identifiers for ad delivery via AdMob
